Just returned from a fantastic Christmas holiday in Mallorca. The apartment was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the daily maid service and the friendly and helpful staff.

We found the food to be a bit bland and often lukewarm. The buffet-style dining room was a bit chaotic, especially with children handling the food with their fingers.

Bed was good, staff was attentive. The poolside bar onsite.

The main pool was a perfect place to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. The apartment had everything I needed for a carefree holiday. The resort was adapted to meet the needs of all types of guests, making it a great choice for everyone.

The constant slamming of doors and loud noise at night made for a blissful sleeping experience.

Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the hotel is conveniently located near the beach, providing easy access to the water. The rooms are immaculate, including a modern bathroom and excellent daily cleaning services. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a comfortable experience. the multiple pools and green areas provide ample opportunity for relaxation and entertainment.

Sadly, the walls of some of the rooms can be thin, making it difficult to sleep if there are noisy guests next door.

The apartments at Protur Floriana Resort Aparthotel are absolutely amazing. The one we stayed in had a bedroom with twin beds and a living room with 2 sofa beds, perfect for our family. But the best part was definitely the terrace with a private whirlpool. It was so nice to relax and enjoy the warm evenings in our own little bubble. As a laid-back and family-oriented guest, this was everything we could have asked for.

While the apartments at Protur Floriana Resort Aparthotel were fantastic, there was one thing that I personally didn't enjoy as much. The balcony was a bit small for my liking.

The service from the staff is outstanding, always attentive and friendly. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast provided is a highlight, with a wide selection to choose from.
